themoveo collects and processes the following personal information to operate the platform:

• Full name and date of birth
• Phone number and email address
• Physical delivery, pickup, and home location addresses
• Transaction order metadata (items ordered, delivery location, driver/merchant ID, timestamps)
• Device identifier and app usage analytics

Payment Gateway Security

Critical: themoveo DOES NOT store, capture, or handle full debit or credit card numbers, CVV details, or any sensitive cardholder information on its own servers. All payment transactions are processed through PayHere's encrypted SSL gateway in compliance with PCI DSS standards. themoveo receives only transaction confirmation and receipt data from PayHere; cardholder details remain entirely within PayHere's secure infrastructure.

Data Usage

Collected information is strictly used to:

• Match riders with drivers and customers with food merchants
• Deliver food orders and execute ride bookings
• Send transaction receipts and app notifications
• Provide customer support and dispute resolution
• Improve platform performance and user experience through anonymized analytics

Data is never sold to third parties, shared with advertisers, or disclosed outside the themoveo ecosystem without explicit user consent.

Compliance

themoveo adheres to data privacy standards in accordance with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and international best practices. Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@themoveo.lk.
